Ordering, returns and privacy
Ordering online
Choose a design in the shop. Depending on the design, you can buy it as a kit or as a PDF chart to download. Add what you want to your cart.
Kits are paid for in the cart, with PayPal or a debit or credit card. Choose where the order is going and the postage is added (see below). I then post your order to you.
PDF charts are paid for separately, at Payhip, from the same cart. Payhip emails you the download link as soon as you have paid. There is no postage.
What a kit includes
All kits include Aida 14 count fabric, needles and sufficient thread to complete the picture, as well as the black and white chart with coloured back stitch for clarity. You can choose another fabric instead: Aida 18 count (+£2.50), Evenweave 28 count (+£2.50), Evenweave 32 count (+£2.50).
What a PDF chart includes
- The chart in four versions: standard A4 pages, large print, coloured symbols, and the whole chart on one page
- Coloured back stitch and French knots, with a heavy line every 10 squares
- A thread key with DMC numbers, lengths and the number of 8 m skeins
- Works correctly with the popular Pattern Keeper app
- Instructions in 10 languages
Thread, fabric and needles are not included.

Postage
Kits are sent by post. Postage is charged once per order and depends on where it is going. PDF charts are downloaded, so they have no postage.

Returns
You have statutory rights and all my trading is governed by English law, but I hope that what I provide goes way beyond the legal requirements. I fully appreciate that by buying online you have not seen the goods before you buy. If when you receive them you don’t like something please return it in resaleable condition and I will refund your money. I am realistic and know problems occur from time to time. If its my fault I will put it right. If its not then I will do what I can to help. If like one poor lady the dog ate part of the chart then get in touch and we can sort it out. If there is a problem with thread then let me know and I will resolve it.

If you have any problems getting in touch please remember there is often only me here, particularly at holiday times.
Privacy
I respect peoples right to privacy and do promise never to sell or pass on these details for any commercial use. I also do not as a matter of routine send out emails with news etc. If you have any comments on the current range of kits, or suggestions for others you would like to see, then let me know and I will see what I can do.
This website does not use cookies. Page views are counted with privacy-friendly statistics that identify no one. Orders keep a record of what was bought and the country it went to, but not your name, e-mail or address. Kits are paid for through PayPal, and PDF charts through Payhip.
