Terms of Trade

This is the boring bit so I will keep it very short!

Quality

It is my aim to supply high quality kits and for you to be content with both the product and my service and I do all I can to achieve that. I produce high quality cross stitch kits. The design is the most important element but I also laser print the charts individually at a sensible size on quality paper so they stand up to being used and I use colour to make picking out the back stitch easy. These things all contribute to what I hope you will agree are quality kits. You have statutory rights and all my trading is governed by English law but I hope that what I provide goes way beyond the legal requirements. I fully appreciate that particularly buying mail order you have not seen the goods before you buy. If when you receive them you don't like something please return it in resaleable condition and I will refund your money. I am realistic and know problems occur from time to time. If its my fault I will put it right. If its not then I will do what I can to help. If like one poor lady the dog ate part of the chart then give me a ring and we can sort it out. If there is a problem with thread then let me know and I will resolve it.

Communication

If you have any problems getting in touch please remember there is often only me here, particularly at holiday times. I don't work shop hours so if you want to speak to me and you cannot get me during the day try ringing me in the early part of the evening .

But it works two ways - I do ask for telephone numbers and email addresses are useful. I ask for these simply to speed up the service I provide. The most frequent problems I have relate to incorrect details - I have something down wrong be it an address or creditcard details, if I can contact you I can clear up the query quickly and easily.

However I respect peoples right to privacy and do promise never to sell or pass on these details for any commercial use. I also do not as a matter of routine send out emails with news etc. In fact I hope the new Whats New page will provide all the information you need. If you have any comments on the current range of kits, or suggestions for others you would like to see, then let me know by email and I will see what I can do.
